Background.
Hello!
I'm Anand, a technology leader with over 20 years of global experience in driving product development and business growth across various sectors, including e-commerce, fintech, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. My journey has taken me from managing multi-million-dollar P&L businesses to leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies that consistently exceed targets.
Let's explore how we can collaborate and drive innovation together! Feel free to connect with me via email or on LinkedIn.
Retail.
During my time at Amazon, I was fortunate enough to contribute to the e-Commerce in some pretty exciting ways. As the Sr. Product Manager for Kindle & Consumables Finance, I had the pleasure of working with some incredibly smart folks—data scientists, business intelligence analysts, and economists. Together, we put our heads together to come up with new pricing strategies, and guess what? We managed to boost revenue by a whopping 20%!But it wasn't all about numbers and charts. We also dug deep into customer acquisition strategies, using fancy metrics like Customer Lifecycle Analysis and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). This meant diving into the nitty-gritty of the customer journey—from the moment they discovered Kindle to when they became loyal readers.
These efforts didn't just pad the bottom line; they made the whole Kindle experience better for our customers. So, while I might not have single-handedly revolutionized the retail sector, I like to think I played a small part in making it a little more awesome.
Technology.
Throughout my career, I've had the chance to dabble in some pretty cool tech projects, especially during my time at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Sr. Generative & AI/ML Partner Business Developer, I got to advise partners on all the fancy stuff like Generative AI, Machine Learning Ops, NLP, Speech Analytics, and Computer Vision. Thanks to some teamwork and a bit of luck, we developed over 50 strategic AI partnerships, driving a 150%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
In essence, my work in technology has been all about leveraging advanced AI and machine learning techniques to drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and expand market share. But let's be honest, it was a team effort, and I just happened to be in the right place at the right time!
